Class camp was tiring but awesomez, esp with such a wonderful class such as U :D
Icebreakers in the morning - Egg and chicken game! Walked around and played scissors-paper-stone to make our way up in rank from weeny eggs to almighty gods. Got promoted to a God within a minute by winning all 5 skirmishes (it takes skill, not luck you know). Dora and Denise tried to cheat, but I guess their conscience got the better of them in the end heh. Giant-wizard-dwarf against 3M was epic success, we *zapped* them two times in a row and in the last round, we did a 'nobody nobody but you!' with william leading the class. The last part felt really retarded but I guess it's all good in the haze.
Obstacle wall at midday - The harnesses were torture for us guys. The girls weren't laughing or anything, but I always had this feeling they were secretly finding it amusing seeing us waddle like ducks to prevent the tight straps from crushing our nuts. It's not that funny when you know that your father's day seem to be endangered :( Anyway, the obstacle wall I was climbing consists of a few suspended logs, and above that a 4x4 wooden wall with some holes which were meant for poking sticks in so that we could use them as supports to climb up to the top. Seemed impossible at first (esp with no apparent way of scaling up the wall), but after watching Daniel and Alan coordinating efforts and making it to the top, Dharani and I gave it a try and hey, we made it! Found out that 6U was really sporty as almost everyone conquered the obstacle courses; that's excellent statistics compared to some other classes!
Lunch - Made our own popiah. Li Bing was really enthu abt making popiahs, and she made really nice ones for the class. Tried making a few on my own and turned out to (everything tastes nice to me when I'm hungry omnomnom :O). In the end, quite an amount of the ingredients ended up in the bin because we couldn't finish all of them. When I dumped the leftovers into the bin I thought of all the starving children in the world and felt really guilty :(
1-minute game challenge after lunch - Ervin was fricking funny. There was this game where a few ppl were supposed to rotate a few rounds around a number of canoeing paddles while preventing them from falling. So when some ppl from 3M were doing that, Ervin feigned a sneeze, and someone screwed up and dropped the stick. The funny thing was that in the subsequent times he did that, the same exact thing happened HAHA. 6U completed all the stations within 52 seconds!
Personality tests - The end of the camp was marked by a personality test. Found out that my personality was represented by the dove and owl <(") Our civic's tutor who's obvious a peacock tried to veil himself in a dove's costume, but apparently failed because the class understands him too much :D
Had dinner at Thomson Plaza's pizza hut with 6U afterwards. Compared ez-link cards, celebrated jiang's birthday, took a polaroid as a class and the long day ended.
6U won't be Unique without U, U, U, U... U and U ^^
